Beaded Sandals: Both Casual And Dressy

When summer comes the world gives a big sigh of relief. We made it through another long winter and it’s time to unwind and have some relaxing, fun times in the sun with friends, and enjoy time out in the open air. It’s such an invigorating time of year!

The carefree feeling that comes over us is reflected in the way we dress. No more bundling up from head to toe. No more restricting our wardrobes to dark browns, greens and blacks and thick, bulky sweaters and pants. It’s time to bring out the lighter colors, lighter fabrics and lighter shoes!

Now is the time for wearing less! You finally get to see your skin again, and let it get reacquainted with the sun. You can wear light, flowing fabrics that let your body breathe and show you at your best. The sense of freedom is fantastic!

Footwear is especially important in the summer. The thick soled shoes and boots made of heavy leather are happily put away and replaced with comfortable sandals for every occasion. When the weather is warm you want as little on your feet as possible so, whatever activity you are doing, from gardening to shopping right down to spending a night on the town, sandals are the shoe of choice.

There are so many different types of sandal that you can really fill your closet with a huge variety and find a different occasion to wear each pair. Basic flip flops or slide sandals are great around the house or at the beach, anywhere you want great comfort and where a casual look is called for.

If you’ll be doing more walking or other activities you might opt for sandals that are a little more supportive. They may have a little bit thicker sole or a more extensive set of leather straps. These still look great and allow your foot to breathe while providing comfort during your more active times.

Although sandals are most often considered to be pretty casual, especially for women there are many styles that are very nice and some that are downright dressy. One favorite type of sandal that is a little dressed up is beaded sandals. There are many different types of beaded sandals in different levels of casual and formal.

A pair of beaded sandals goes great with almost any outfit. You can wear them with a more casual ensemble or dress them up with a cute sun dress or even a pair of light slacks and a dressy summer shirt.

Beaded sandals make a woman feel more feminine and have a flirty, fancy feeling about them. They look great with a summer outfit and also look great at the bottom of a pair of jeans. They’re a great addition to any woman’s shoe collection.
